First soak in cold water and it stays noticeably cool for a solid couple of hours on our afternoon walks. The fabric feels light and comfy against her neck, and the duck print gets a lot of laughs at the park.

My dog gets so excited when I pull this out of the freezer bag that she starts spinning, and the rubber ducky print is cuter in person than in the photos. The fabric really does stay cool against her neck for a good hour after I wet it, even in the afternoon sun.

The duck print is adorable and my pup actually leaves it on, which is rare. It cools down nicely after a good soak, though I wish it stayed chilly a bit longer on our afternoon walks.
