Got this for my pup before a heat wave hit, and it actually holds the chill for a good while after a quick soak. The camo pattern looks sharp on him too, and he doesn't fight it at all during our afternoon walks.

My golden retriever flops down in the shade and actually stays there after I soak this bandana and knot it around her neck. The fabric keeps its chill for a good couple of hours, which made our afternoon walk way more tolerable for both of us.

Took it out for a hike in 85-degree heat, and the wet-and-cools material actually made a noticeable difference on his neck. He kept it on for two hours without trying to paw it off, which says a lot. Best ten bucks I've spent on summer gear this year.
