Swapped my harness for this on walks where I just want something quick to slip on, and the buckle snaps shut in a second. It sits flat against his neck instead of sliding around, which is exactly what I was after.
My dog has a thick neck and this collar actually sits flat instead of digging in, which I didn't expect for the price. The buckle is sturdy and it doesn't loosen up after a long walk. Just a solid everyday collar.
The buckle feels solid but it's still easy to snap on when my dog's wiggling. We use it for vet visits and quick potty trips when I don't want to mess with the harness.
