The buckle is sturdy without being bulky, and my dog doesn't fuss when I clip it on for walks. It's simple, but it just works.

The buckle feels solid without being bulky, and it clicks shut in one motion instead of the fiddly two-handed fumbling I dealt with before. My lab wears it on walks and barely notices it's there.

My dog has thicker fur and this doesn't snag or pull like her old one. The classic buckle style is also way easier to get on when she's wiggling around. It just feels well made without being stiff or heavy.
