The handle loop is padded enough that it doesn't dig in when my dog suddenly lunges, which was my main worry with our old leash. The purple plaid print also matches the harness exactly, so she looks put together on our morning walks.

The extra D-ring is a lifesaver—my poop bag holder clips on without swinging into my hand mid-walk. The plaid pattern's held up through mud and rain, and it still looks sharp.

The handle loop is padded just enough that it doesn't dig into my palm on longer walks, which I wasn't expecting at this price. It clips onto the matching harness perfectly and the plaid hasn't faded after a month of daily use.
