Took this on a muddy trail walk and the extra D-ring kept my poop bag carrier right where I could grab it. The handle sits nicely in my hand even when my dog lunges.

The handle loop is padded just enough that it doesn't dig into my palm on longer walks, and the leash clips onto the matching harness without any twisting. My pup pulls a bit and it's held up fine so far.

Took my lab out on a muddy trail and the leash stayed comfortable the whole two hours, no hand fatigue at all. The extra D-ring kept my bag carrier handy without tangling, which was my main gripe with my old leash.
